Christmas Design Elements

Hey you! How’s it going? Hope you’ve had a marvelous start to your week. We’ve been having some fun watching our little guy grow up and reach milestones this weekend. He has just started to stand on his own without support—totally crazy to see my eight-month-old standing up like a big boy (now I REALLY need to work on baby-proofing the house…I’m a little behind)! And I’ve got some exciting things to share with you today as well: these lovely Christmas design elements.

Although I’m not excited about the cold weather, snow, and unending flow of static electricity through my clothes and hair, I always enjoy the holidays! It’s so nice to take some time off and be with family members, and since this is the first year that I’ve been working full-time, I am especially looking forward to the time off!

These fun graphic design elements are a lovely way to spruce up that Christmas card you’ve been working on (or putting off in my case). Add them as an overlay to a photo, make your own gift tag design, or create a beautiful Christmas pattern. I always love seeing the different and unique ways you all use my graphics.

And if you’re not ready to think about Christmas quite yet, that’s ok too. Check out some of my awesome Thanksgiving freebies. You’ll find some fun and simple last minute ideas for your Thanksgiving festivities!

Also be sure to find out how you can change the color of these design elements and use them to make something gorgeous (if you don’t know already). It’s super easy, and I know you can do it—even if you’re a total noobie designer.

Hope you enjoy these pretties! Do you have any plans for them yet?

Happy designing!

I love, love, love your graphics! Used your laurel wreaths to make chalkboard thanksgiving printables for my home office, and I can’t wait to play around with these!

Thanks so much Chloe! Feel free to use these graphics in any personal projects, or designs that won’t be used to turn a profit. If you would like to use them commercially, you can contact me about obtaining a license. (Wasn’t sure if you were asking about that specifically, but I thought I would let you know, just in case.)

You are very talented young lady. It’s so generous of you to share your beautiful graphics. I sure appreciate it. I have no idea how to use it right now but will maybe be able to figure it out when I finally get going on my new computer.
I’ve been saving images and graphics to my external hard drive, (that our daughter showed me how to do). I am so impressed with all the beautiful things you create.
It’s incredible your little guy is standing and walking already at 8 months. My oldest son which is my 2nd. child walked at 10 months and in those days it was unusual, (he’s almost 52 and he’s #2 of 4 kids) whom are all adults with their own families now. It seems they were only young and now they’re old folks themselves, lol. They like to tease me about being old (74) but I tease them back. When #2 kid came here to visit us 4 yrs. ago one of first things he said to me when he saw us at airport was “Mom you got old”, it had been 5 yrs. since he’d seen us.
I guess you’re working as a graphic designer? Hope you have a loving very caring sitter for your little boy. It must be hard to leave him. How exciting he’s walking already. Everything they do is so precious, don’t want to forget those wonderful times. Enjoy every bit of him you can.
    Happy weekend and happy holidays.

Thank you so much for your sweet comment JaneEllen! It made me really happy. 🙂 It’s fun to hear more about the people who read my blog!!! I do work as a graphic designer, and I am lucky to have a wonderful mother who takes care of my little one for part of the day, and then my husband watches him most of the time. It’s true though, I am always amazed at how quickly he is growing up, and I try to cherish every bit of each stage he is at.

Have a happy Thanksgiving! I hope you enjoy using my graphics when you start to get things figured out on your computer!!!

      Best Regards,

      Mandee

Hi Bernadette! I’m sorry that you are having trouble downloading my graphics. I just tested it out myself while I was logged out, and I didn’t have a problem. I would try a different browser (possibly Google Chrome).

      Hope that helps!

      Best,

Thanks Clare! Sorry you are having trouble! I suggest taking a look at the FAQ section on my website for more information on downloading files off my site: it includes detailed instructions as screenshots.

After looking that over, let me know if you are still having any issues, and I’ll see what I can do to help.

      Best Regards,

      Mandee
