Disney Villain Silhouettes v.1

Ooo, do I have a good one for you today! Now, it’s no secret that I’m a Disney fanatic, and a HUGE fan of the Disney princesses, but why should the princesses have all the fun? I definitely appreciate a good villain when I see one, and what better time to spread some trickery around than Halloween? Today, I’ve got six positively wicked Disney villain silhouettes!

What do you think? I love the way that Cruella and Maleficent turned out!

Villains can pretty complex characters. Some of them want revenge, most want power, and some of them are just plain evil. What do you think makes a good villain? For me, I think it’s when they are evil to the very core—being witty doesn’t hurt either. If you watch Once Upon a Time, you know that they’ve had quite a few pretty awesome villains! I really liked Cruella de Vil once I knew her back-story (pure evil for sure), but I think Peter Pan was my favorite (Peter Pan a villain? I know it’s a weird twist, but they really made it work: trust me, he was as bad as they come)!

As far as the animated movies go, I’d have to say that Hades is my favorite. I really like Hercules, and I think Hades is a really witty and fun bad guy.

I’ve included both the printable PDFs and SVG cut files, so there’s no limit to how you can use these in your Halloween decor. And, if you like these, be sure to check out the Disney princess silhouettes I did last month! Included in that set are Jasmine, Ariel, and Megara, so you can even pair them up with their villain counterpart for even more fun!

Who is your all-time favorite Disney villain?

I’m sorry to hear that Marcie! I would never want to deprive you of the lovely Ursula!! Are you trying to download it on a mobile device? I know sometimes people have trouble with that. If not, I would recommend trying a different browser (maybe Google Chrome or Firefox). Hope that helps!

Hi! I love your villains and princesses. I’m trying to download them and it’s not working. I’m on a computer using chrome and while I can see the choice between pdf and svg, when I try to click on the actual files it seems like there isn’t anything there.

Hi Naomi! You’ve almost got it: you just need to click on the download icon (an down arrow with a line under it) to save the files to your computer. The icon appears above the file list.

    Hello,
    I love these!!!
I am having a problem unzipping the file, or extracting them so I can upload them into Cricut Design space. Any suggestions?

      Hi Julie,

Are you using a PC, tablet, or mobile device? If you are using anything besides a computer, you need an app to be able to unzip files on your device. That would be my first guess. If you are using a computer and still having trouble, I would maybe google the error message you’re getting to see what might be going wrong.
