Like most kids, I loved playing games. They didn’t have to be intricate or super fancy, but I always needed something to simulate my mind! I loved looking at books while listening to the words on tape, doing puzzles, and playing simple games like Memory. In case you don’t know, Memory is a matching game. You turn all the cards or tiles upside-down and each player takes a turn flipping over two cards/tiles at a time trying to make a match. That’s pretty much it!
Today I bring to you my own version of Memory: the lollipop version! I’ve designed 12 different kinds of lollipops for you to use in your game. Simply download the designs, cut them out, and attach them to sticks to make your lollipops. I used long sucker sticks, but you could use popsicle sticks, or whatever else you might have on hand (just make sure that they are all the same, otherwise you’ll be able to tell which one is which).
Use these for a party game, at home play, or simply decoration (hey, they are pretty cute!). Print off smaller versions, attach them to toothpicks, and put them in cupcakes for your “Candy Land” themed party. Go nuts! After all, they’re free.
