This is a tutorial that has been requested a couple of times, and it’s no wonder why: gold foil and glitter type is all the rage right now. The good news is that just creating the sparkly type isn’t difficult as long as you know what to do. The trick is using one image masked with multiple lines of text or shapes—then it gets a little tricky. But, follow my step by step instructions, and you’ll be creating glittery type, borders, and shapes in no time at all.
Note: I used CS5 in this tutorial (I know, old school), but it works the same for CS6 and Creative Cloud.
