Can you believe it’s fall already? I know there have only been about 1,000 countdown posts on Facebook, but it still kind of snuck up on me. If you are one of those fall-lovers that has been counting down the days until it was acceptable to put up your fall decorations and start baking pumpkin everything, then I think you’re going to like today’s freebie. This fall leaf clip art is the perfect way to add a touch of autumn to your designs.
Seriously, aren’t these just too fun? This set includes eight hand drawn leaves that can be used in an endless amount of ways: card designs, photo overlays, fall printables, chalkboard graphics, embroidery, you name it!
I’ve got even more fall goodies on the way, so you’ll definitely want to stay tuned in the next few weeks. Be sure to subscribe to my emails and never miss a new freebie (just fill out your name and email in the footer). And, if you haven’t been around Designs By Miss Mandee that long, I’ve created some fun fall decor printables in the past that you should definitely check out; including a garland and a wreath print.
As a kid, probably like most kids, I loved playing in the leaves. The first big leaf fall was always so much fun! As a tradition, we’d rake all the leaves from our walnut and apricot trees into a huge pile and, well, you can probably guess what happened next. We’d get mom to come take pictures of us buried in the leaves, jumping in them, and throwing them in the air. It was a blast! Also according to tradition, my mom was on her own when it came to raking the leaves the whole rest of the season. I’m excited for my own son to share in this tradition and have fun playing in the leaves each year…though, I wouldn’t mind if he broke away from the last part of the tradition and helped me with the leaf-raking the rest of the year.
Enjoy your new fall clip art! I’m sure you’ll put it to good use. What fun fall traditions do you have?

October 3, 2015 at 12:26 pm (7 years ago)Thank you! I love this time of year. We don’t have too many traditions per se, but my children always try to build up one good leaf pile to jump in before the snow falls. Pinning. Thanks!
