We are mid-way through January, and I can already tell that big things are going to be happening in 2016! I’ve got so many ideas, and I can’t wait to see where they take me. Plus, my hubby just got a new job that we’re both really excited about, and we’re planning our next vacation—big things! If you’ve got big things planned for this year, like maybe starting a blog or redesigning the blog you currently have, then you’re in for a treat my friend. I’ve got four free blog header designs you can edit and implement to give your blog a simple, beautiful feel!
Sleek, chic, each with a feminine touch. You really can’t go wrong no matter which one you choose.
When you download these, they are saved as editable pdfs. If you’re unfamiliar with editing pdfs, don’t you worry—it’s a cinch! Here are the steps:
1. Download the files, and pick the one you want to use.
2. Download the font. The fonts I used are:
(hint: If you want to use a different font you can do so by going to Tools>Edit Form then Right Click on the blue box and go to Properties>Appearance>Font and choose the font you’d like to use)
3. Click the blue box, and type in the name of your blog.
4. Save your file as an image by going to File>Export To>Image>JPEG (PNG works too).
And that’s it! Easy peasy. Now that you’ve got your blog header in place, you can start focusing on the 1,200 other things you’ve got on your plate. (P.S. If you’re switching over from Blogger to WordPress, definitely check out the post I wrote on how to do in the easiest, quickest way possible).
I hope that you enjoy the new blog header designs, you have a wonderful year, and your blogging adventure is everything you dreamed it could be (I know it has been for me).

July 16, 2016 at 10:34 am (7 years ago)Hey manned love your designs but there’s a problem when I open it up and I write my blogs name the letters become small and I don’t know how to make them bigger Please help me!!!!

July 18, 2016 at 10:45 am (7 years ago)Hi Maria. I have it set to auto fit your text, so if your blog name is really long, it will make the letters smaller. You can change this setting, but it’s not simple. Here is what you would do:
1. Go to Tools>Prepare Form
2. Double click on the text field so that the Test Field Properties window pops up
3. Click on the Appearance tab
4. There, you can select your font and change your font size to fit your needs
5. You will also probably need to adjust the size of your text box to accommodate larger text
Sorry there are so many steps involved, but that’s how you would go about it.
