How to Make Shape Monograms

If you’re a crafty designer, you probably love to personalize just about everything. In today’s video tutorial, I’ll show you how to make shape monograms like the ones you see all over Etsy, as well as how to fit text into any shape you’d like. Use these tools to create fun vinyl monograms or expressive textual configurations.

Shortcut:⌥⌘C

Wow, what a great tutorial–thank you! I haven’t tried using my Illustrator software I have at all, but you’ve inspired me to jump in and start learning how to do some of the very cool things you showed here. Thanks lady! –Ginger

Hi Tiffany! The program I’m using in the video, and that I use for all of my designs, is Adobe Illustrator. 🙂
