Are you ready to get things poppin’? Today I’m sharing a fun printable that everyone will enjoy (except for maybe kids with braces—sorry). Dress up and personalize an easy treat with these customizable popcorn boxes!
The font I used is called Devious, and you can download it for free from Pixel Buddha. (95% of the reason I chose this typeface was for the ampersand. Seriously, is that not the most lovely ampersand you’ve ever seen?)
If you’ve got a birthday party or other festivities coming up, these popcorn bags would be so perfect! You can type your own name or initials in the oval to make them totally custom for your event. And, there are three different colors to choose from to give you even more variety. If you are planning a small get-together, like a watch party, you could even make a box for each person to use, and print their name on it.
I actually got the idea to make these from a co-worker. His fiancé loves popcorn, and she wants to have a popcorn machine at their wedding reception. I thought it would be cool to have popcorn containers with their initials printed on them for their guests.
At the Thomas house, popcorn is something we always make sure to have on hand (particularly kettle corn, because that’s my favorite). Since we have a toddler, most of our movies nights are of the “night-in” variety. And you have to have popcorn when you watch a movie, right! These little popcorn boxes would also be great for family night. They hold up pretty well (if you make them out of card stock); so you could even get multiple uses out of them.
Enjoy the new printable! What event or activity will you be customizing these popcorn boxes for?
