Keep the Disney freebies coming! Create something awesome with my new set of seamless pattern designs: great for posters, wrapping paper, and product packaging. Enjoy the raucous, and vibrant atmosphere of Disney’s New Orleans Square in this new collection!
I know I just did a Disney themed design last week, but I’ve been planning a trip to Disney World for our family, and I’ve just got Disney on the brain! Plus, I’ve been taking a course on illustrating using an iPad Pro, and I needed some practice.
Someone asked me the other day, “What is your favorite area in Disneyland?”
I had to think about it for a bit, but I decided that it is definitely New Orleans Square! I love the atmosphere there, the architecture, and, of course, the rides! I’m usually a thrill junkie when it comes to amusement park rides, but Pirates of the Caribbean and The Haunted Mansion are both classics. The details and the way they set the mood are just fantastic—so fun! Plus, every time I explore New Orleans Square I feel like I find something there I’ve never noticed before.
For these patterns, I decided to feature the architecture, the rides, and the “Mardi Gras” theme. I love how the pirate one turned out! But I think the tightrope, Haunted Mansion girl has to be my favorite. Gosh, now I REALLY can’t stop thinking about Disney…maybe creating these patterns wasn’t the best way to address my obsession…
