Die Cut Pies – Thanksgiving Cut Files

I hope you’re in the mood for something tasty! With Thanksgiving just a week away (somehow), I figured it was a good opportunity to incorporate food into my latest design. Today’s creation features everyone’s favorite Thanksgiving staple—pie! Use these fun, die cut pies to add an appetizing twist to your holiday decor or project.

Of course, I had to incorporate pumpkin pie into this Thanksgiving spread, but why stop there? I didn’t want to leave out some of my other favorites: cherry and huckleberry. And who could forget key lime?

To be completely transparent, my favorite kind of pie is actually apple, but the color of apple pie is too close to the color of the crust, so I figured it wouldn’t be that much fun to look at. The contrast of the “cherry pie” has got to be my favorite of the bunch!

I use a Cricut Explore to do my die cut designs, and I absolutely love it! For tips on creating fun paper cuts like this one, see the FAQ section on my website. Also, be sure to check out some other awesome Thanksgiving freebies available on my blog!

Enjoy using these die cut pies in your Thanksgiving decorating or crafty project! Do you have any fun ideas for these delectable designs? What is your favorite Thanksgiving dessert?

Thanks Ann! I actually got that cute little stand at Michaels. I believe it was only about $3.50, so not a bad way to go—definitely easier than doing it yourself. 😉

Thank you Mandee! I agree, for that price it isn’t worth trying to DIY it! I have too many DIY projects going on as it is. I think I will head over to Michaels! Thanks again.
