5…4…3…2…1…Happy New Year! We are just days away from hanging up that new calendar. If you’ve got a New Years Eve party in the works, then you’re going to love what I’m sharing today. Ring in 2019 with these fun, unique die cut New Year party glasses!

Honestly, I always have a hard time coming up with ideas for New Years-themed designs. But, when I started doing some visual research, pictures of people in Time Square wearing those ridiculous glasses made out of the year number kept popping up. And the more I thought about it, the more I realized how fun it would be to make some paper versions to use as photo props.

I was just going to do one design, but then couldn’t decide on just one style for the glasses. So, you’ve got three different frame/number styles to choose from. And since these are super simple to put together, you can easily make all three!

I designed these with the idea of “photo props” in mind, but you could extend the frames to make them wearable if you’d like, or even just use them as part of a scrapbook page.

I use a Cricut Explore to do my die cut designs, and I absolutely love it! For tips on creating fun paper cuts like this one, see the FAQ section on my website. Also, be sure to check out some other awesome New Year freebies available on my blog!
Enjoy putting these cute die cut new year party glasses together! Are you hosting or planning a party to welcome in the new year?
