My oldest son, Davian, has been attending preschool for the past year, and is loving it! So much so that, when we told him about Kindergarten, he really dreaded the idea; saying, “But I like my school—I don’t want to go to a different school!” We attended Kindergarten Roundup a couple weeks ago, though, and that seemed to ease his fears. The idea of a library, computer lab, and bigger playground were pretty good motivators.

But, one of the biggest reasons Davian is sure to miss preschool is his teachers! He loves his teachers, and looks forward to seeing them every day. He’s not a big hugger, but he always makes sure to give Miss Terri a hug before he leaves.

So, to show my appreciation for the people getting my son excited about learning, I decided to put together some extra special gift tags; thanking them for making Davian “one smart cookie.”

I’ve done homemade mixes in a jar before, and it’s a super simple and fun way to give a gift. Paired with a cute spatula, and you just can’t go wrong!

I’ve included the instruction tag in the download as well. Make sure to give that to your recipient along with the gift, or else they’ll just have a jar of flour and chocolate chips they have no idea what to do with!
