Turkey Day is this week! Whether you’re hosting the Thanksgiving festivities this year or just looking for something cute to add to the tablescape, I’ve got just the thing. Use this die cut cornucopia to add a fun and crafty finishing touch to your Thanksgiving.
I myself am excited for Thanksgiving, because it means that I get a chance to spend the whole day with my family and extended family! And, this year, we’ll have the opportunity to visit both the Miller and Thomas clan. And my kids are going to have a blast!
The dynamic on the two sides of my family is pretty different. On my side, there are a lot of other children close to my kids’ ages for them to run around and play with, so they’re never without a playmate when we get together.
On my husband’s side of the family, there aren’t really any other kids; but, luckily, they have some really awesome aunts and uncles that are always willing to wrestle and give piggyback rides! So, they get the whole gamut of family fun on Thanksgiving day.
This layered cornucopia is a simple but cute craft! And you can customize and arrange it however you want. If you only want pumpkins and gourds in your cornucopia, then go for it! If you want to mix up the colors to match your decor, that works too.
I use Adobe Illustrator for all of my designs, and a Cricut Maker to bring my creations to life. For tips on creating fun paper cuts like this one, see the FAQ section on my website. Also, be sure to check out the other Thanksgiving freebies available on my blog!
Enjoy creating your very own die cut cornucopia! Are you having a big get together for Thanksgiving this year, or something more low-key?
