Die Cut Gnomes – Fall Cut Files

With Thanksgiving right around the corner, I have another adorable, fall craft headed your way! After sharing some scarecrows, another garden friend was feeling a little left out. Find inspiration for your next crafty project in these fun, die cut gnomes!

Along with my scarecrows, these guys were a heavy favorite from my latest Patreon poll.

As you can see, I’ve included arms in this design if you are interested in having your bearded friend hold something. And, since I happened to rake up an entire trash can worth of leaves in my front yard yesterday, I thought it was fitting to have my gnomes holding the iconic autumn debris.

I wanted these gnomes to be very versatile, though, so I also included a few other elements in the design that they can hold in their hands: a heart, popsicle, flower, and snowflake. So you can mix it up and make festive little friends for any season!

These gnomes are perfect for card making, sign decorating, or making clever t-shirts designs. I came across a few cute gnomes sayings that I think would be great on as an iron on:

  • Gnome is Where the Heart Is
  • Gnome Sayin’?
  • Country Roads, Take me Gnome
  • Gnome Sweet Gnome
  • Go Bog or Go Gnome

Die Cut Gnomes

I use Adobe Illustrator for all of my designs, and a Cricut Maker to bring my creations to life. For tips on creating fun paper cuts like this one, see the FAQ section on my website. Also, be sure to check out the other fall freebies available on my blog!

Enjoy putting these super cute, die cut gnomes together. And thank you to my patrons who voted for this project. It was super fun to create, and I hope you like it!

Thank you Mandee. I love gnomes. We have 2 that my husband and I set like most people do with “elf on the shelf” We call ours “Gnome for the Home. We take pictures and send them to our grown daughters at their work as they have high stress jobs…just to make them laugh. And they do!
These will be fun to augment some of our gnomes “adventures”.

Hi Nancy! There are lots of apps that can open pdf files, but Adobe Acrobat is the most common (and trusted) one. Depending on the type of computer you have, there may be other programs you already have that will work, though. 🙂
