Happy spring everyone! Here in Utah, the crocus flowers are blooming, and the tulips are starting to peak their heads out. Which means that Easter is right around the corner! Use my newest designs to create some lovely Easter egg luminaries, and celebrate this wonderful time of year.
Any project where I can put my tea lights to use is a good one. These luminaries are a unique and simple way to add an elegant touch to your Easter decor. And using frosted/pearlescent paper makes them look even more special!
I have always loved spring and Easter crafts! It’s just such a hopeful season: full of flowers, more time spent outdoors, and memorable family activities. And it doesn’t hurt that my birthday always falls around Easter either. So I always have something to look forward to in the spring!
These egg luminaries would make great place markers for a spring tea party, or a lovely mantle display for Easter!
I’ve included a liner in the file if you would like to back them with vellum like I did. If you don’t have vellum on hand, though, they would still look quite pretty even without a liner.
I use Adobe Illustrator for all of my designs, and a Cricut Maker to bring my creations to life. For tips on creating fun paper cuts like this one, see the FAQ section on my website. Also, be sure to check out the other awesome freebies available on my blog!
Enjoy making these Easter egg luminaries! I hope you have as much fun putting them together as I did. Be sure to share your results with me on Instagram!
