Floral Globe – Back to School Cut Files

I’m here again with another “back to school” inspired design to share with all of you! Today, I won’t just give you a fun cut file freebie, I will give you the world! Or, the globe…to be precise. Download my latest design, and make this stunning, floral globe.

Isn’t it pretty!? When I had the idea to do a globe design, I was just planning on creating a standard earth layout; but, partway through the design process, I decided to go in a different direction. I remembered seeing a decorative globe at the craft store recently, and thought it would be fun to switch out the continents for floral bunches! So, I sketched out some floral elements, integrated them into the globe I had already made, and this is what I came up with.

As I said, this project was inspired by the “back to school” season, but this design really fits in lots of settings outside the classroom as well! You could make it for your home, as ornamentation for a travel-themed scrapbook, or even as a part of your wedding decor.

If you really want your project to stand out, attach the layers together with foam tape instead of glue!

I use Adobe Illustrator for all of my designs, and a Cricut Maker to bring my creations to life. For tips on creating fun paper cuts like this one, see the FAQ section on my website. Also, be sure to check out the other fun freebies available on my blog!

Enjoy making a beautiful, floral globe of your own. And don’t forget to share your awesome, finished creations with me on Instagram!

Your designs are beautiful but some designs don’t say what to use or how to make it
