St. Patrick’s Day Paper Art Scene – St. Patrick’s Day Cut Files

I hope you are feeling lucky, because St. Paddy’s Day is right around the corner! To celebrate, I’ve got a brand new project that is sure to make you feel the luck of the Irish. So, gather up as much green paper as you can find, because it is time to make a St. Patrick’s Day paper art scene!

I am just having a blast making these paper art scenes! I hope you are enjoying them too. One of the best parts about these projects is sifting through my cardstock collection and choosing which papers to use. It’s always a great opportunity to make use of my fun, patterned papers.

I feel like the photos never quite do these projects justice. Holding this in your hands and seeing all the layers inside is really something special!

As complicated as this design may look, it’s actually pretty simple to put together! It is built the same as my last paper art scene, so if you have any trouble, you can check out the tutorial I posted there, or even the short video I shared on Instagram.

Also, I should mention that you don’t necessarily need to stack all the layers in the exact same order as I did. Feel free to mix it up!

I use Adobe Illustrator for all of my designs, and a Cricut Maker to bring my creations to life. For tips on creating fun paper cuts like this one, see the FAQ section on my website. Also, be sure to check out the other fun freebies available on my blog!

Enjoy putting my St. Patrick’s Day paper art scene together. And don’t forget to share your fun-filled finished project with me on Instagram!

Hi, I’m curious. Do these fold flat, by chance, so they can be mailed? It looks like you added some foam accents to add dimension too, so I was wondering if it would work.

    Thanks for the beautiful designs!

Yes! Since they don’t have anything on the bottom or top, you can “squish” them and they will lay flat if you want to mail them. It will just take a large envelope to do so. 🙂

Mandee, your artwork is beautiful. Do you know that your text is so light that it is nearly impossible to read?

Thank you for sharing this pretty St Patty’s Day day card. Love the colours and the pretty plaid paper you used. Definitely worthy of a pot of gold! 🙂
